Outside of Reachable Windows (add on to deep clean only) 5.00 each Laundry (includes washing, drying, and put away/replacing) 15.00 per load

Additional Charges:
Heavy Soil Fee: (for badly soiled appliances, tubs, etc)

    Moderate: 10% of total cost
    Heavy: 20% of total cost

Trash Out Fee: if applicable (cost to be determined by amount of items needing removal)
