SERVICES

• Scheduled weekly, biweekly, monthly or as needed.
• All bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living areas are cleaned (microwave included). Beds are made. Trash is removed. Baseboards, doors, outlets and windows are spot checked. Light fixtures/fans are dusted. (see checklist for full detail)
• Options for stove and refrigerator cleaning
• Options for Organization and laundry/sheet changes.

• Great for a Spring Cleaning, as a biannual cleaning option or as needed.
• Floor to ceiling hand wiping of all furniture, baseboards, wall spots, outlets, fans, light fixtures, cabinet fronts and appliances. All bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living areas are cleaned (microwave included). Beds are made. Furniture is moved wherever possible and cleaned behind. Insides of windows are cleaned along with sashes. Light fixtures/fans are hand wiped. Tops of kitchen cabinets included. Trash is removed. (see checklist for full detail)
• Floor to ceiling cleaning of a newly constructed home. Paint and sheetrock/hardwood dust removal. Full window cleaning with sills and sashes. Insides of all cabinets vacuumed and wiped out. Floor vents vacuumed.

• Maintenance cleaning with special protocols surrounding trash collection, disinfection of surfaces, high volume scrubbing, removal of human waste and/or animal waste.
• Options for large volume trash removal

• Full window cleaning, insides and outsides with a scraper blade that includes vacuuming/wiping out sills and cleaning all sashes/locks/keepers.
• All windows that can be reached from roof access or with 6 foot ladders included

• Maintenance cleaning with special attention paid to high germ areas (doorknobs, countertops, etc.)
• Special protocols for patients in chemotherapy or who are immunocompromised (bleach and other disinfectant products used, attention to scent sensitivities, scheduling around treatments)
• Masks worn when needed
